AutoPack 10–999g Automatic Back-Seal Granule Packing Machine

Manual weighing and sealing is the bottleneck that keeps small packaged food operations from scaling. This fully automatic back-seal granule packing machine removes that bottleneck - handling film feeding, measuring, filling, forming, and sealing in one continuous cycle.

The machine covers a filling range of 10 to 999 grams with a filling accuracy of 0 to 3 grams depending on the product. Bag width runs from 100 to 220mm, with bag length adjustable from 0 to 300mm. Film width accommodates rolls up to 460mm wide. Output sits between 5 and 10 bags per minute, varying with bag size and product density.

Running at 950W on 220V, it fits into most production facility electrical setups without dedicated power conditioning. At 95 kg and 660 x 840 x 1900mm, it takes a fixed position on the production floor - but once positioned, it handles packaging volume that would otherwise require multiple people working continuously.

Suitable for rice, lentils, spices, sugar, dried fruits, seeds, nuts, and other free-flowing granular products.
